Short version: this site collects the least it can, sells nothing, and tracks no one.

What's collected

• Your name and email, because you type them in to buy a listen. The email is where your listen link goes and how you recover it.
• A record of your purchase — which song, how much, when, and whether the play has been used.
• One cookie, set only while a song is actually playing. It's what proves you paid. It expires when the song ends. There are no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site.

What isn't collected

No card details ever touch this server — payment is handled entirely by Stripe, and I never see your card number. There is no analytics platform, no ad network, no third-party tracker, no fingerprinting, and no profile of you.

Who it's shared with

Stripe, to process your payment (see Stripe's privacy policy). Nobody else. Your data is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.

How long it's kept

Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Ask and I'll delete anything I'm not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Email bonillajaime525@gmail.com to see what's held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; I extend them to everyone, because it's the decent thing.
